Gift vouchers and their complimentary value are redeemable on services only. Retail products are excluded.
Physical gift cards will be posted from December 2nd. Digital vouchers will be sent immediately upon purchase.
All vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be purchased for personal use or gifted to another recipient. Please treat vouchers as cash as lost or stolen vouchers cannot be reissued.
All bookings made using a voucher are subject to our standard studio booking and cancellation policies.
